Diamond Pins are a precision, plastic-sleeved, single dowel pin used for pinning models in the dental lab. The main advantage of sleeved pins is that the sleeve will prevent the pin from abrading the stone base, resulting in more accuracy. The special slim profile of this pin makes it well-suited for anteriors. Measured at the widest point on the sleeve, it measures only 3.2mm that is only 8% wider than a standard #2 brass pin. Requires drilling with a 2mm step drill bit. Each package comes with 1000 pins, 1000 plastic sleeves, and 1000 rubber caps to make pin relief at the bottom of the base. Made in Korea.
